Gadag Junction is a significant railway junction on the South Western Railway with direct connections to Hubballi, Bengaluru, Solapur, Vijayapura, and Bagalkot. This is the easiest way to reach Gadag from anywhere in Karnataka.

By air

Hubballi Airport (HBX) — approx. 60 km

The nearest airport is Hubballi, with daily flights from Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Delhi. Taxis to Gadag take a little over an hour.
