Who runs the temple
The temple is administered by a registered public charitable organisation. Devotees are entitled to know who is responsible for the temple and how contributions are used, and this page exists to say so plainly.

Temple Management
Daily worship, the aarti schedule, upkeep of the sanctum and the precinct.
Annadan
The shared meal on Thursdays and special occasions — procurement, kitchen, sponsorship dates and service.
Festivals & Events
Ram Navami, Guru Purnima, Punyatithi and the Thursday palki.
Accounts & Audit
Receipts, expenditure, the annual statement and liaison with the auditor.
Construction & Maintenance
Building works, repairs and long-term care of the structure.
How decisions are made

The board meets on a fixed cadence and records minutes of every meeting.

Office bearers are appointed for a defined term under the governing document.

Every committee reports to the board; no committee spends outside an approved budget.

Accounts are audited annually by an independent chartered accountant.

Any devotee may raise a concern with the office in writing and receive a reply.

What the temple undertakes
Every contribution is receipted
Donations made at the temple office are receipted at the time of giving. Ask for a receipt if one is not offered.
Nothing inside the temple is sold
Darshan, udi and prasadam are free. No one connected with the temple will ask a devotee for payment for any of them.
Annadan comes first
The shared meal is the organisation's first call on its funds, before any other expenditure.
